Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-06-17T18:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-06-17T18:48:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N17W93
Active Region Number: 14463
Note Keyword:
COL: Possible collision with previous CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
PRM: Prominence material (filamentary structures)
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
Morphology Keyword:
Note: CME first seen to the WNW in SOHO LASCO C2 starting at 2026-06-17T18:48Z. It is also seen to the WNW in SOHO LASCO C3 and GOES CCOR-1 but is not seen in STEREO A COR2, likely because it is obscured by the occulting disk. This is the second in a series of three CMEs and over takes the first CME: 2026-06-17T18:00Z. The source of this CME is a small filament eruption over the NW limb best seen in SDO AIA 304 starting as early as 2026-06-17T18:33Z. A small eruption can be seen in STEREO A EUVI 195 from the vicinity of former Active Region 14463 (~N17W93) beginning around 2026-06-17T18:35Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
